341 Creditor Meetings in Chicago and Throughout Chicagoland
As part of filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you will be required to attend a 341 creditor meeting, presided over by a bankruptcy trustee. While this meeting may sound intimidating, it is typically little more than a formality. In most cases, the creditors do not even show up.
However, it is critical that you attend and are prepared. The attorneys at Ledford & Wu have handled thousands of Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and can help you with all aspects of the process. We will prepare you for the questions the trustee may ask you and make sure all of the necessary paperwork and documents have been provided to the Trustee.
You can find more information on the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois, by visiting their website.
